I love, love, LoooVE Charleston, South Carolina! Maybe it’s the charm of the old buildings and cobblestone streets, or because we would visit here on our family beach trips, or because my parents were married here…but whatever the reason, Charleston holds a special place in my heart!  I absolutely love that we live on a gorgeous farm, but if I had to pick another place to live, Charleston would definitely be at the top of the list!

Lauren and Rion’s wedding day couldn’t have been more beautiful! They had a quaint backyard ceremony and a beautiful reception held at Marion’s in the French quarter. During our portraits we walked through parks with spanish moss, down cobblestone streets (I have NO clue how Lauren walked on cobblestone in heels and didn’t break her ankle! I was struggling in flats!) and the whole time I kept thinking, “This is SO Charleston!”…Probably because I’ve never shot there before, but I loved it!

Congratulations Rion and Lauren!! I’m so happy for you and I wish you all the best in this new season of life!!…and I’m only slightly jealous that you’re honeymooning in GREECE right now!! Have an amazing time!!
