Wow, I feel like all I’ve been blogging lately is weddings…probably because I have! I’ve been meaning to write more personal posts and I’m finally getting around to it-GO me! I have one more wedding this month and then I’ll have some off time and I CAN’T WAIT! I’m so excited to get to work on things that have been getting put off in leu of weddings…like my WEBSITE! AH! I feel like I’ve been saying that forever now, but I swear, it’s finally going to happen! 🙂

Here are some things I’ve been up to lately:

• When I was at the grocery store the other day, I couldn’t find the section of produce where they sell lemons individually, so I bought a whole bag…BEST DECISION EVER! So far I’ve made lemon bars, fresh squeezed lemonade, and a lemon butter sauce for salmon! Not to mention, the lemons look great in a bowl as a centerpiece!
• We had friends visit this past week and it was so fun and relaxing! Even though I had tons of work to do, we finished early one day and headed to the river for a picnic and a swim!
• I’m loving this summer’s weather! It feels like we’re getting a thunderstorm every day which keeps things exciting…humid, but exciting!
• Because it’s been raining so much, our garden is out of control…in a good way. We have more zucchini and squash than we know what to do with! Sooo I may or may not have included zucchini in every dinner that I’ve made for the past few weeks! Sorry Buddy! 🙂
