I had been to Lancaster once before on a business trip but I was only there for about 24 hours and didn’t get to see much other than the hotel I was staying in. So when I went up to Lancaster for Emily and Jason’s engagement session, I was excited to get to explore more (even if it was only for a couple of hours). Emily and Jason both live in DC, but Emily is from Lancaster so it was the perfect place for the engagement session. Emily’s parents even own a beautiful flower shop in downtown Lancaster that we, of course, had to shoot at! At the end of the session, we drove outside of the city and found some beautiful fields right around sunset…thank you to all the farmers who (unknowingly) let us use their gorgeous farms as a backdrop! 🙂
I loved getting to know Jason and Emily better and I can’t wait for their wedding! Congratulations you two! 🙂
