Today is Buddy’s birthday and I’m so thankful that I’ve been able to spend another year with him! We decided to start the celebration early with a spontaneous trip up to Northern VA so we could go on a day sail with Buddy’s family. Buddy and his family grew up sailing, so it was so special for us to be able to make the trip up and spend the day on the boat! It was the perfect day on the bay for a sail…and it’s my new favorite way to relax after shooting a wedding! Maybe we could just make this a Sunday tradition?! 🙂
